Usage.

Quick adjustment swivel With a thumb ring, just pull the strap can quickly adjust the length, you can tighten the strap to the perfect position. 

Fits approx. 0.4" diameter (approx. 1.0 cm) QD holes 

Each end has a qd loop that rotates for durability. Fits holes approximately 0.39 inches (about 1.0 cm) in diameter. Make sure your QD hole is also approximately 0.39 inches (about 1.0 cm) in diameter, so it won't come loose. 

The sling length can be adjusted to 56 inches (about 142.2 cm) to fit most people's heights and rifle sizes.
