These are new and in the box These are size 4M and you can see I have measured the sole on the shoes. This size is a bit odd so please measure your child's shoe to make sure they are close to the correct size. Do not assume the size will fit otherwise. A 3.5 often fits closer to a 1.5 child size from our experience (I just don't want to buy a shoe that doesn't fit). This shoe retails for over $60. The length measured along the bottom of the shoe is 9" ttcshlf
