The TOGO is a new sport model, created by D & L DESIGNS, that can be used as a fun-fly RC Aircraft, or a 3-D acrobatic model. This super-smooth flyer features the classic lines of an air racer of the 1930s. Model is fully aerobatic with a symmetrical airfoil, & a very wide speed envelope. Design utilizes a one-piece wing that has no dihedral. All main parts for model are laser-cut from balsa & plywood. Tail feathers are laser-cut; ailerons & elevators are from tapered stock. Wing ribs have building tabs on them for ease of assembly, with a ledge on tab for trailing edge stock jigging.

Most of the set-up hardware comes with the model: pushrods, threaded rods & links, main landing gear, tail wheel bracket, hinges, control horns, & screws. Plans come as 2 sheets with construction manual, & include 76 Black & White construction photos. The Togo model features a fiberglass cowl & optional fiberglass wheel pants. Optional fiberglass wheel pants cost an additional fee.
