Please NOTE: Fine jewelry will not be acid tested anymore due to the fumes affecting my health. From now on, fine jewelry will be electronically tested, which has similar accuracy as acid testing (very accurate if correctly done). Most of the items will be scratched on surface to make sure that the item is not plated and has NO cheap metal underneath the gold. The scratch is done using a file directly on surface so it will be more noticeable than when scratched on acid testing stone. Please keep this in mind. The scratch will be from 3mm to 6mm wide.
