This cottage is in excellent condition for it's age. It measures 4" high x 4" long x 2.5" wide.

All of David Winters cottages are made from a refined gypsum plaster and are hand painted.

Each sculpture has a tiny mouse hidden somewhere in each piece.

Actual production of the cottages ceased in 2003.
