Damaged Products

▪ While I do not accept returns, I will take care of products that were damaged during transit. I try to package your items as carefully as possible but unfortunately sometimes that is just not enough. In that instance I ask you to reach out to me immediately and send me pictures of said item and packaging via email, which is then provided. Please also keep both package and item until I notify you that a claim has been filed and paid.

▪ Sometimes USPS will require you to bring the broken item to the post office to verify the damage. So please DO NOT throw it away.

▪ Damaged items will not need to be shipped back to me.

▪ After claim is paid, I will refund you in full.
