Note from Seller: Open box but not used. We ignored the age recommendation of 8 and up and bought it for my son who just turned 5 today, which was a mistake. It is a super cool track but a little too advanced for him to assemble and use by himself right now so we got him a remote control car instead.

All of the pieces are present and nothing is broken or damaged. We removed a few of the plastic bags containing pieces but didn’t get very far unboxing it before we decided to go a different route and get him one without a track.
