Offered here is a very well done Reproduction on Canvas of the original "New Map of the Gold Region in California. by Charles Drayton Gibbs From his own and other Recent Survey & Explorations 1851." Measures 15.0 x 20.25. The map is very well detailed from the original, with Utah Territory where the state of Nevada is today and showing most of California as being owned by Mexico at the time. Well colored and very well suited for framing. I imagine the original is likely only in Museums or very high end collections. Will be carefully shipped in rolled condition. Thanks for looking!
