For your consideration... is a Vintage 1980s Baltimore Blast Official Swingster Club Jacket. I am the original owner of this item and it has remained in storage for many years. The tag states this is an Adult Small size. The jacket has been well worn. The material of the jacket is satin and that makes the fabric fragile, especially when worn by a young teen. For a 40 year-old item it still remains in good condition all things considered. Because of the satin material, some of the frays and runs may not show very well in the photos, most are minor, but they are there. However, please carefully scrutinize the high resolution photos posted. The seams look to be in good shape. The elastic collar and cuffs have retained their shape and elasticity. The interior lining has some wear, especially at the waist line and underarms. Some of the red paint has been scuffed/scratched off of the snap buttons. The jacket was personalized by the club with an embroidered name on the left, however, I would expect a tailor could remove this stitching and replace it if desired. We did not toss this into the laundry so it still has that “stored” scent. I would recommend taking the jacket to a professional cleaner who should be knowledgeable on how to fully restore any aging or discoloration from surface contact. Also, for those wondering, the embroidered Blast logo on the back is not "logo perfect" as we have become accustomed to, because back in the 1980s the computerized tools that are used today to create perfect logo embroidery did not exist, so professional embroiders would do their best with the tools of the time. This is a must have any Baltimore Blast fan from their glory days in the mid-80s. A really fun item to have even if you do not plan to wear it.
