This is a pair of John F. Kennedy 22ct. Gold Coins set in 18 kt. Cufflinks mounting. The Cufflinks are 16.75 mm in diameter.

The coins weigh 4.60 grams and the mounting are 7 grams. The Cufflinks weigh 11.60 grams total.

I cannot find another coin that is like this. The coins are struck not cast.

Showed it to several coin dealers and they have never seen them either. 

They are in good + condition.
