Shipping prices are calculated on eBay by using the weight, some larger items may require additional shipping costs as eBay does not take into account bulky items. Fitness Hero offer the convenience of having your equipment delivered to your door at the very best prices. We use a wide range of couriers which you can pick yourself. We also offer free local delivery of orders over $200 within a 15km radius of our warehouse on most items.
As well as offering a click & collect service at our Sydney warehouse.
We have a warehouse in Sydney, however some larger heavier products are shipped directly from our suppliers across Australia, to save time and transportation costs.
Rest assured, all products for sale on our website are shipped from within Australia. We do not ship from outside of Australia

We aim to pack and ship all orders with 2 days, however larger products or bulk orders may take an additional few days. However rest assured, we will be working hard to fulfil all orders as fast as we can.
• Unexpected delays can occur from time to time. Should there be an extended hold up with your item, our team will assist you.

Bulky item delivery
The cost of shipping some bulky/heavy item depends on the destination postcode?. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every area for such items. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require the goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot.??(Please contact us for further details if you live in a regional location.) If for any reason you are not able to accept your goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left for you to call the nearest freight depot for collection. (Requesting redelivery will incur extra charges.)

Delivery Conditions
- Fitness Hero presents a nationwide delivery service.
- For residential deliveries, you or your authorised agent must be present to accept deliveries between 9.00am to 5.00pm. You warrant that a person who represents that they are able to take deliveries on your behalf at the nominated delivery address is your authorised agent.
- To comply with Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations, products heavier than 25 kilograms must be unloaded and moved by more than 1 person:
- For bulky products, the delivery agent may request assistance to unload the product from the delivery vehicle.
- If required, you agree to assist the delivery agent to unload the item from the delivery vehicle.
- In the event that there is no one able to assist with unloading the product, a tail gate must be arranged prior to delivery and will incur additional costs.
- You acknowledge and agree that Fitness Hero uses a number of delivery agents and they may have varying delivery procedures:
- Most couriers will deliver to your door ( they will not deliver inside the house)
- Internal delivery (i.e. if the nominated address is located in a block of flats or above ground floor) may incur additional costs. Please confirm with the delivery agent if this is the case.
- Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations may restrict the method of deliveries for products heavier than 25 kilograms at a nominated delivery address located on the second floor or higher of a building. Please confirm with the delivery agent how they propose to complete the delivery.
- Re-deliveries will incur a cost of $20 for each delivery attempt. If no one is present at the nominated delivery address to take the delivery, the product will be returned to Fitness Hero and you may be charged with a 20% restocking fee, along with the applicable delivery charges for returning the product back to us.
- If you are not likely to be at the nominated delivery address, please complete an authority to leave the products unattended and return the same to us.
- Delivery times are estimates only and Fitness Hero shall not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery, including any loss, damage or delay occasioned to the customer arising from late or non-delivery.
- For safety and efficiency, some items will be delivered with extra packaging such as pallets, crates, cardboard etc. In these instances the receiver is responsible for disposing of these items and packaging.
Returns GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN UNUSED CONDITION, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING (WITH TAGS ATTACHED) ALONG WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE AND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR POSTAL COSTS. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email when we have exchanged your return items or processed your refund. It may take an additional 4-5 business days for the refund to be credited against your original payment method. Processing times for exchanges or refunds may take longer during sale periods. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS Fitnes Hero is committed to providing you with quality products. Our products are thoroughly tested throughout the design process and we stand behind the quality of the products. However, in the unlikely event that you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item please contact us and one of our team members will be ready to assist you by taking you through your available options ?Returning an item To return an item to Fitness Hero by post or refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging. For all returns that relate to a change of mind, postage must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, delivery charges for the replacement item will be at Fitness Hero's expense. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage to track your return. We take no responsibility for returns lost in the delivery process. You will need to contact your delivery provider to locate your parcel.
