Made in Japan.
Needs a cleaning, sleeve ends and hems have slight dirt - I have yet to try to spot clean.
Measured flat - Shoulder to shoulder: 21", Underarm to Underarm: 21", inside collar/neck seam to crotch: 31.75". Crotch to hem: 28.75"
