The EWI series, synonymous with wind synthesizers, is now available in its newest model, the EWI4000s Additional Sound Source Edition. The new EWI4000s Additional Sound Source Edition adds new sounds to the EWI4000sw, including Japanese fusion sounds that have gained worldwide attention, and other sounds that add to the playability unique to wind synthesizers.
The Wind Synthesizer EWI4000s Additional Sound Source Edition is an electronic musical instrument with a new sensation that enables highly expressive performance by blowing into the instrument as if it were a wind instrument. A special sensor that responds to the strength of the mouthpiece bite and the strength of the blowing breath allows subtle control of pitch, sound quality, and volume. In addition, eight parameter knobs (Filter, Breath, Bite, Semi, Fine, Reverb, Chorus, and LFO) are provided, each of which can be fine-tuned to convey the full range of the player's expressive power.
