This is the Ty Beanie Babies Looney Tunes characters set, an exclusive for Walgreen's.  They are Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety and Taz.  They are all mint with plastic protectors over the hang tags.  Daffy Duck's head keeps wanting to slip to one side on that skinny neck.  You can get it to stay but have to fuss with it a bit first.
