The Phaser is a laser pointer that activates (along with authentic phaser sound effects) when fired.  There is also an option to activate the laser pointer without sound effects.  

The Phaser Laser Pointer is in perfect working order.  There is a small rectangular chip on the underside (shown in the photos), but otherwise it is in perfect condition.  

The Phaser Laser Pointer comes with a storage box (also shown in the photos).  Unfortunately, one of the hinges on the box is missing.  

I also do not have the small paper Certificate of Authenticity, which apparently came with this limited edition piece.  When I purchased the Phaser Laser Pointer many years ago, it was not included.  However, the limited edition number (#7671) appears on the metal plate on the underside of the piece.
