Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

These terms and conditions of sale are not transferable.

 

1) Returns - Accepted within 14 days from date of shipment

l  Failure to install and use equipment according to manufacturer specifications found in the user’s manual results in void of return policy and a forfeit of refund. To guarantee return acceptance, equipment must be installed by a factory-trained dental technician.

l  Returns are calculated based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restock fee.

l  Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product.

 

2) Shipping - Ground items ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Freight items ship within 6 business days after payment has cleared. Drop ship items may require up to 4 weeks to process.

l  Damage - If your items arrive damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the damage if possible. It is then okay to accept the shipment. Contact our customer service team, who will make arrangements for repair, replacement, or refund based on your documentation. We only accept responsibility for damages that occur during transit to your order's original shipping address. If you sign for the shipment without noting damage, you are acknowledging that the item arrived in good condition.

l  Freight - All freight items are delivered outside / curbside. Delivery of freight items to residences, limited truck access, inside, or up/downstairs includes additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson.

l  International - Any additional fees or taxes for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

3) Payment - Payments must be received within 7 days or your order will be canceled and relisted.

l  We accept Paypal, check, wire transfer, or credit card payments.

l  We also offer financing!

 

Warranty / Terms & Conditions

Seller Warranty

We warrant equipment purchased will be covered under parts and labor for a period of (14) days from the date of confirmed delivery, unless otherwise stated on the sales invoice or advertised listing by a different time period. Imaging must be installed by certified, brand specific technicians/firms for the warranty to be effective. Defects will be repaired or replaced with like or similar products or parts. THE BUYER WAIVES ANY AND ALL OTHER OR ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL, CONCEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST TIME, LOST PROFITS, COST OF COVER (OBTAINING REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERFORMANCE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE), AND ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION STATUTES, WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FORGOING, IN NO EVENT WILL WE ARE LIABLE TO THE BUYER FOR MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE ITEMS PAID TO AND RECEIVED BY US FROM THE BUYER.

 

Buyer Responsibilities

Seller Warranties are expressly subject to the following conditions: Buyer must contact us to receive a Warranty or Return Authorization Number (RMA). We WILL NOT be liable for any charges incurred by the Buyer for any unauthorized repairs or ordered parts, prior to obtaining an RMA or authorization from us. Buyer must notify us of any defect(s) you may discover in parts or equipment with (14) days of confirmed delivery date.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, please not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.
