If the item has been sold correctly then a refund minus the postage will be issued. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item in the original packaging in an unused and re-sellable condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact us in the first instance either by eBay Messager or email. When sending in returns please authorise them with us first. Any unauthorised returns will be destroyed. Please include your name address and invoice number to enable us to locate your details
Shipping
All orders paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same working day. on a rare case when were are under staffed or have high demand processing time, the dispatch time maybe increased by 1 working day Standard Delivery time is two to three working /business days for delivery to mainland UK via courier / royal mail. Some items may be sent via royal mail dependant on weight. Where free shipping is offered the above details will still apply.
Images and graded products
Please note we use stock images. Therefore products may differ slightly to the image. Please also bare in mind we are graded product specialists and sell refurbished items unless listed as new. Refurbished items can have small scratches and blemishes and used or slightly damaged boxes which would have been opened and re-taped so that the items can be checked. These products are electrically perfect and carry a 30 day return to base warranty unless stated otherwise.
