1. Plug the charging box (with earbuds inside) into a USB port, using the provided charging cable. Leave for 90 mins to fully charge. The red light on each earbud will indicate charging. The red light goes out when fully charged. 

2. Once fully charged, remove both earbuds from the charging box. The earbuds normally switch on automatically and start flashing. If they do not start flashing, then you can press the earbuds (touch sensor above light indicator) for 3 secs until the earbud switches on and provides an audible ‘power on’ message. (To switch off, press for another 3 seconds). 

3. The earbuds will automatically sync/pair with each other once powered on, ready to provide HD stereo sound. The earbuds will flash blue and red, ready to be paired with your device. 

4. To connect your device via Bluetooth, look for the device ‘Pro 12’ on your Bluetooth settings/available nearby devices. Click to pair your smartphone to the earbuds and you should now be able to play your music and calls through the earbuds. Enjoy! 

5. The earbuds will switch off automatically if they lose Bluetooth connection for 5 minutes. The charging case can be used to charge the earbuds 3-4 times in between charges.
