*Appreciate that we open, inspect, add additional packing materials inside your chimes, then double box to be absolutely sure that they arrive in perfect condition. The factory box is very nice and will arrive clean. It folds allowing for easy storage in case you ever want to ship the chimes again (like to have them re-strung toward the end of the warrantee period) I have never had to do this but some customers do because its free.

The Quality Difference of Corinthian Bells

To produce a set of concert quality chimes is a very complex process that involves sophisticated physics in a blend of science and art. There are as many discussion groups on the internet devoted to this subject as there are variables. And, as with all musical instruments, the quality of chimes varies greatly.

From a designer's viewpoint, the details of Corinthian Bells wind chimes are extremely clean and their quality unsurpassed. The graph represents the pin location to achieve a resonate frequency when the tube is struck. It is 22.4% from the end of the tube; if pinned properly, it will produce virtually no vibration. Combined with the proper alloy, diameter and thickness, the Corinthian Bells produce and sustain incredible tone.

Ship-to Locations

We ship WORLDWIDE. If you live on the Planet, we can ship it to you. Shipping must be calculated for all International, HI, AK, PR and Canadian orders. Only serious inquiries, please. (We will give you the special shipping rate that we currently give our national customers, and we will only charge you for the extra calculated fees.) We do not ship oversized items overseas.

Shipping Fees

We are able to offer free shipping on most of our items. For items that which we do charge shipping, we give our customers a SPECIAL OFFER. We will give you FREE SHIPPING on all orders after 1! If your multiple orders (which have shipping fees) can be shipped together, you will only pay the shipping of the heaviest item.

It is difficult to be exact on every sale, but we do our best to never overcharge for shipping. International and domestic shipping charges will be refunded for charges that exceed 15% of actual cost.

Shipping Times

We ship most orders within 24 hours of payment. However, the actual time that an item leaves our facilities may depend upon the order. The preparation work that some items require may take several days; for example, we must build wooden crates for the oversized items that we sell, to ensure safe delivery. 

The estimated delivery time is also based upon your cleared payment, and we cannot be responsible for actual shipping service transit time. Transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods.

We will GLADLY EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER for only the extra fee that our carrier (UPS or USPS) charges to do so.
