Set 2 Evol bottles with Evol driver! When you turn the lever, the rotation gimmick will be activated, and the transformation sound will be activated along with the light! When you turn the lever again, the rotation gimmick will be activated, and a special sound will be activated along with the light!

With the included Cobra Evol bottle and Rider Evol bottle, you can transform Kamen Rider Evol into his Cobra form (Phase 1)!

In addition, with the included Dragon Evol Bottle/Rabbit Evol Bottle and the included Rider Evol Bottle,

You can also enjoy Kamen Rider Evol's two form changes: Dragon form (Phase 2)/Rabbit form (Phase 3).

Furthermore, set the included Evol Trigger to the Evol Driver! When you turn the lever on the belt, the meter moves and the black hole form (phase 4) transformation sound is activated! Furthermore, when you turn the lever again to move the meter, the special move sound will be activated.

Also, when you turn the lever and move the meter, the fever flow mode power-up sound will be activated!
