What to do when your parcel has arrived damaged

Please contact your post office before asking me.

They'll give you THE DAMAGE REPORT. I need it for refunds.

If your parcel clearly arrives damaged, please open it in front of the postal officer.

If the CD is broken, please refuse to receive it.

If you don't agree with this rule, please don't buy my items!!

VG-: Tears, Creases, Blemishes, Worn, Yellowing, Fading.
