Condition is new with tags on and extra button.  There is a very small tear on the left side next to the pocket (see last photo) shown with pen to indicate size.  Otherwise excellent condition.  I don’t find it an extremely high quality garment, which is reflected in the price.  

Measurements are as follows, taken from garment lying flat:

Shoulder seam to seam - 16”

Underarm seam to underarm seam (front) - 19.5”

Sleeve from seam to cuff - 24.5”

Waist (measured in front at second button) - 17.25”

Hip (measured at top of pocket flap) - 18”
