The bulbs are T8 / T10 / T12 compatible, 18W (40W equivalent), dual-ended, 2 pin, G13 base, 5000K daylight color, 2200 lumens, clear cover.
THE BALLAST MUST BE BYPASSED if the bulb is installed in a fixture previously used with florescent bulbs. The installation should be performed by a qualified professional. See diagram in photos.
