This is a candle but not with a wick. It’s hollowed out in the middle 1.5” down. I believe to put a tea light in or a battery powered candle 8 1/4” tall 4” at bottom & 2.5 at the top A piece of the cactus arm top layer came off, it’s hard to tell.
