Does your product smell?
Our hot water bottles are natural rubber, due to long-term sealed transportation there may be a slightly rubber odor, we recommend that you place the product in a ventilated place for a period of time after receiving it.
Does your product leak the water?
It is recommended that when you fill with hot water, folding the top up to vent the air, and then screw the lid back on.
What's your material made of?

Is the neck of bottle easy to get rusted?
Regarding the problem of rusty neck, we have improved the product and replaced it with nylon material that wouldn't rust.
Can I fill with the tap water?
If you filling it with hot water from the tap doesn't make it warm enough, you can try mixing hot tap water with boiling water from the kettle to keep warmth.
