The chain metal fittings are identical to those of signed Miriam Haskell pieces, so my best guess is this is an unsigned Miriam Haskell piece, which can retail for over $1,000.00
Otherwise it could be a Juliana Delizza & Elster; Trifari; Hattie Carnegie; Sherman; or Vendome piece
