The Expert Apex Workshop serves as an ideal, modern workspace in the comfort of your own garden. The large double doors give great, easy access in and out of the building and windowed or windowless options allow you to choose the perfect look to suit your needs. You are also in control of the door and window positioning, thanks to the adaptable panel configuration. The Expert range offer an extra tall ceiling, measuring at just under 230cm internal ridge height meaning a comfortable, crouch free design.

All of our sheds come with a 10 year guarantee against rot and decay, for that extra piece of mind. Now with floor, roof and premium green mineral felt included in the price your building is complete, meaning you don't have to worry about the extras!

15 Year Anti-Rot Guarantee

Our pressure treated garden buildings come with an increased 15 year anti-rot promise that protects the wood on your building against rot and decay. Chemical preservatives are forced into the wood for an extra level of protection with our pressure treatment.

Please note: The guarantee does not cover timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time.

Spray treated: This building is spray treated as standard so that it can be safely delivered to you and assembled with no need to immediately treat before assembly, limiting the chance of rot before you can treat your garden building.
Constructed from thick panels which interlock together, Tongue and Groove creates a strong and stable structure that is designed to offer protection against the elements. This method of construction provides you with a strong and dependable building which is built to last.
11mm: All tongue and groove sheds, summerhouses, playhouses and greenhouses are made of thick 11mm Tongue and Groove cladding. This is great for medium to large buildings ideal for seasonal use.
The building should be treated once fully assembled and within one month of receiving the product. Always consult the directions on the treatment that you have purchased. 
If the building is shorter than 2.5m tall you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or to be put in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before ordering from us.
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, our buildings are designed and made to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the assembly instruction included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, or as little as 3-4 hours with some of our smaller buildings.
Our buildings are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily manoeuvrable and fit through a standard doorway.
Yes! All our products come with a digital instruction booklet, which will be emailed to you to read through before your order is delivered! 
Delivery

Once your order is placed we endeavour to send out an acknowledgement email, providing you with the applicable contact details as provided to us, your order reference number and estimated delivery date. In most cases, you will be contacted prior to that estimated delivery date to notify you the day in which your delivery will be made.

Payment

At BillyOh we do manufacture our buildings to order, therefore immediate payment is required for this item. To make the process easy we want our customers to have as many options as possible, we accept most major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments.

Returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We also ask you if you can send a photo just so we can confirm everything looks okay before we send our drivers to collect the item. For any requests, issues and concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
