A pair of small brass buttons to the SHAW, SAVILL & ALBION LINE. This is a matched pair of buttons made by 'Firmin, London' and marked with their details on the reverse (see photos). They are 17mm in diameter. The shanks are slightly longer than normal - probably as they were designed to be worn on epaulettes. The overall shank length is 10mm and the part that fits through the material is 5mm. They also come with a pair of brass 'R' shaped pins. These look unissued, but I am listing them as 'used' due to their age, and the chance of a tiny bit of discoloration over the years. Very good detail and in VGC for age (WW1-WW2 period).
