Made in France with a red wooden handle, this original piece is a perfect addition to a collectors assortment of kitchen gadgets.  It is very retro, and its age shows with tarnish and wear. I do not recommend using this product for grating food.  This is strictly a show piece, which I believe any collector of kitchen gadgets would love to have!
