If you've purchased multiple items, please request a combined invoice BEFORE you pay. Adjustments cannot be made after payment. 

  • All purchases are to be paid within 10 days of winning.
  • Special shipping instructions must be made at time of checkout in notes to the seller.
  • Buyers are responsible for customs and duty charges determined by your delivery country. 
  • Broadview Stamps will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments. Insurance and tracking are highly recommended. Contact us for options and rates. 
  • We only charge the exact shipping costs. Any overpayment will be refunded. We do not charge a handling fee.

Broadview Stamps allows buyers to hold off payment for 10 days to encourage combined shipping for multiple purchases. 

 

For purchases containing album pages, binders, etc. we will gladly remove any unwanted items. If requested we can also remove stamps from album pages and stock books if the buyer is only interested in the stamps. This will greatly save on shipping bulky items.  

 

Please review the following before making this request: 


  • No discounts other than the shipping charges will be adjusted if you choose not to accept unwanted materials from your purchase. 
  • Stamps will be carefully removed with the hinges still intact. For any stamps stuck down to the page, the stamp will be cut out of the album page with the paper still attached. 
  • Please be mindful that stamps on album pages show much better than stamps that have been removed. This may cause some disappointment when you receive the small packet of stamps compared to the full images of stamps on album pages. Be assured you are receiving the exact stamps from the images in the original listing. 


Returns won't be accepted if we are asked to remove stamps from album pages.
