Off white eyelet pattern fabric with front zipper and one front pocket.

I found this while cleaning out a family estate.  It appears unused and the fabric still feels stiffer as if new.  It has not been laundered so it may have an older musty smell.  I do not notice any stains.  However, I notice a fabric defect on the pocket which shows up as two vertical snags/pulls.  Look closely at the last photo.

This will ship in a plastic bag mailer.  I'd be happy to combine shipping.  Please ask.
