Autograph backstory: I got a phone call from my dad one summer day when I was a kid (circa 1997-ish) that Bryon Russell was signing autographs in a tent in a parking lot nearby. We grabbed our cards, hopped in the car with my friends, and we all drove down and student line to get our cards autographed. It was a cool experience to get to meet a Jazz player, as an 11-year old boy. The cards immediately went in top loaders and have been kept safe ever since.
