Knife is heavily scratched and dinged up on one side of handle.  Other side has minor scratches.  Blade has one minor chip towards tip and a couple minor scratches.  Opens, closes, and locks no issues.  3 screw clip seems to be in good condition with minor scratches.  Very important to view all photos before purchasing. I've done a lot of research on this knife and it is a very rare first generation that's hard to come across regardless of condition.
