The tape seals on one side of the box have been cut, and a few pieces of scotch tape were placed inside in an apparent attempt to hold the one figure that came loose in place, I would assume this is the only reason the box was ever opened... all three figures are present, in the first few pictures the loose figure was behind the vehicle, in the third picture the box was shaken to bring him into view.

Please view pictures for condition of the box, some of the plastic has yellowed but there is no smell of smoke or other noticeable odor

There are no broken pieces on the model that I could note

One figure is loose inside the box as the rubber band holding him in place has dried out and broken with age
