This is a brand new item with the tag and UPC on bottom of box and I have a example in the pictures. On the top of the box it has a raised portion of the picture which makes it a 3-D laser cut. The box has 2 metal hinges on the back and is made out of cedar wood that has a cedar smell. The size of this box 6 x 4 1/2 inches and is 2 3/4 inches deep.
