In very good condition, a vintage woodblock print entitled "The New Baby" made by Frank Hart (1878-1959). The picture comes from "A Treat for Me" published by Blackie & Son and dates to c 1931. The size of the picture is 22.6 cm x 17.2 cm with margins of 1.3 cm. Note that Hart's signature is visible in plate in the lower right hand corner. Frank Hart (probably an RI) was an artist and illustrator active in the middle of the 20th century.
