Beautiful Hand Carved Wooden Box Believed To Be From Grindelward

All exterior panels are Beautifully hand carved with ornate details and the lid is decorated with grapes and leaves possibly originally used for wine accesories?

The box is unfortunately warped on the lid as seen in the last photo, and there is separation in the panel going up

The box is also slightly sticky to the touch, possibly been in a smokers for years
