These radiators make the K-Series engine swap easier by eliminating the need for custom mounting brackets and ensuring a perfect fit for your specific swap.
All Racel Motorsports radiators have dual-core, all-aluminum construction with high-precision TIG welds. This radiator has the required ports for the Coolant Temperature Sending Unit and the Fan Switch, eliminating the need for special adapters and inserts.
How is this radiator superior to the OEM radiator?
This question has several answers. First, this Racel Motorsports K-Swap radiator features all-aluminum, fully TIG welded construction, making it less likely to leak or crack compared to the OEM unit which has an aluminum core and plastic end tanks. Second, the coolant ports on all Racel Motorsports K swap radiators are relocated to allow for the use of shorter coolant hoses when used in conjunction with a K-Series motor.
Do I need to modify my chassis to install this radiator?
No. This radiator is a complete bolt-on part that mounts to the factory lower support tabs. We recommend using a high-speed ten-inch cooling fan.
Is this radiator compatible with the Hybrid Racing AC kit for my chassis?
YES! This unit is compatible with the conversion AC kit!
