It takes more than just brute force, size, and quality parts to produce a great antenna. The Silver Bullet antenna had to have MORE surface area to better transmit and receive, increase power handling, and to cover wider bandwidth. The antenna gets the signal up and over the vehicle -- regardless of antenna size -- to minimize signal obstruction. The Silver bullet remains vertical and rigid, minimizing signal flutter and providing more consistent tuning. This is achieved with a heavier gauge copper wire conductor and a TRUE top loaded helical design. The antenna includes multi band design and weather band coverage without traps that cause signal loss. For the Silver Bullet, Driver Extreme uses their sturdiest fiberglass shaft that they themselves manufacture in the USA.

The DRX-4561 56" tall wide band antenna is designed with 15 gauge solid copper high voltage insulated wire, 1/2" diameter U.S, made fiberglass rod with durable PVC shrink coating and chrome plated brass ferrule and top. Extreme bandwidth: CB 26-29 MHz, AM/FM 88-108 MHz & Weather 162-166 MHz. Tunable tip and 3/8"-24 threaded stud made of Stainless steel.
