Policies:
RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for arranging return shipping, handling and all costs associated with returns. The original shipping cost to the buyer will not be refunded. All shipments must be returned in the same condition as received.
PAYMENTS: For international orders a bank wire transfer is required. After item is purchased, payment must be made within 3 business days.
SHIPPING: After payment has been made, we will ship the item within 5 business days. Please contact us for expedited rates and any other requests. All shipments are fully insured and professionally custom crated.
ABANDONED ITEMS: If an item is paid for and the buyer chooses local pickup or to arrange their own shipping, the purchased item is considered abandoned after 15 business days from agreement of sale. We will make every effort to stay in contact with the buyer, but in the case where no communication is established and an item has been abandoned, the buyer forfeits their claim to the item. At this point, the buyer will be refunded the cost minus associated costs/fees.
