If you make your purchase after 4:00pm MST on a Friday, or any time on a Saturday or Sunday, your item will not ship until Monday morning (unless it's a Federal holiday). I choose to hand your package to a Postal employee and get a receipt from them that they received the item. In the the past when I've dropped packages in the bin/dropbox - they have been misplaced or lost, so I no longer mail items after 4:00pm on Fridays and not at all on Saturdays or Sundays.
