Caution.

1. Before installing the print head, the printer must be disconnected from the power supply, otherwise there is a risk of burning out the print head circuit board.

2. The print head is shipped with a protective fluid applied to the print head. Before first use, wipe the print head before installation. Only gently wipe the copper sheet and wipe it clean with soft paper, do not use cleaning solution or eraser to wipe it.

3. During the print head regeneration process, the ink will be cleaned and filled with protective fluid. If there is no protective fluid, the print head will not be able to print because the pipe channel is dry. If the print head can be detected but the colour is uneven or blurred, you can continue to print with ink. Print a few more sheets, wait for the excess protective fluid to run out, and then you can print normally!

4. If the printing result is not clear, press the machine cleaning button to clean (the print head must be cleaned only when the ink cartridge is sufficient, otherwise it is easy to burn out).

5. do not need to clean the print head with cleaning fluid, you can clean the print head directly on the machine. If you clean the print head with cleaning fluid (or water) without dropping the protective fluid, the print head will be completely clogged and it will be useless.

Before installing this product, you need to pay attention to.

1. After receiving the print head, it is a very redundant and dangerous behaviour to check the nozzle or see if it is clogged by filling it with water with a syringe. If the print is not clear, press the machine cleaning button (p) Firstly, once the print head is in the water, if the water is not dry, energise it. The motherboard burns out and the print head burns out. Secondly, the print heads sold in our shop are strictly tested and filled with protective fluid. If you use a needle to fill the print head with water, it will not only wash away the protective liquid in the print head, but also easily cause air blockage in the print head, resulting in no ink.

2. Be careful when installing the printhead, and be sure to disconnect the power supply before installing it in place.

3. When connecting the plug cable, please do not get ink on it and make sure that it has good contact with the socket.

4. The steel shaft should also be clean and smooth. You can wipe it with some lubricant stuck on a paper towel. Do not add oil directly to the shaft. Excess oil will flow to the print head and cause damage.

5. After the machine and the circuit are correct, check the water circuit. Firstly, check whether the amount of ink in the cartridge is sufficient; secondly, check whether the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty.

6. The newly installed printhead will have air, so it can't print normally right away. Only after the air inside the printhead is completely discharged, the printer can produce perfect results. You can use the cleaning function that comes with the machine for intermittent cleaning (2 times each time, and then 2 times after 30 minutes), repeated over-cleaning will lead to ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause problems such as mixing of colours, ink leakage and waste of ink. Finally, you can print more pictures and let the print head exhaust while working.
