Product function:
The extension cable can keep the sound card network card away from the graphics card, so that the graphics card heats up well, and the sound card network card can reduce interference. The extension cable does not require power supply.
The sound card extension cable usually chooses R11SL-TL (double right angle, closed socket)-5cm. If your card is far away from the motherboard, please measure the distance yourself and select the appropriate cable length.
Cable length:
The length of the cable refers to the part of the visible wire, excluding the PCB and the connector, if it contains the PCB and the connector, add about 2cm. The total length is about 7 cm, please refer to the 5cm dimension in the figure below.

What is the thickness of the cable? Is it soft? Can it be bent?
The thickness of the cable of this product is 1.4mm, so it is harder. It can be bent or folded, but don't pull it.
What is the quality of the wire? Is there a shield?
EMI shielding conductive polymer is used, new materials are used for EMI shielding, flat cable design. What is the difference between connector opening and closing?
The TL closed type is tighter and not easy to fall off after inserting the sound card. Only PCIe X1 board can be inserted
FL open type can be inserted into X4 or above network card, which is more flexible in use.
If the open female socket is inserted incorrectly, the equipment will be burnt. Please choose the closed female socket to be safer.
The PCIe x1 slot is blocked by the graphics card and is located under the graphics card. How much space does the extension cable need to install?
The exposed height of model R11SL-TL after being inserted into the slot at a double right angle is about 6mm
Can the extension cable be plugged into the x16 interface?
This is very dangerous, the motherboard will be burnt if it is inserted incorrectly and inserted in the wrong position.
