You know them from auctions where these patches cost $1000-$1700 

I don't care about the price, I'm liquidating my collection. 

All patches were made by a local tailor in either Afghanistan or Iraq.

If in Afghanistan, then in Bagram, from where they were brought a few years ago, even 13 years ago from Iraq. (NS X Team)

Why are some details visible clearly and some blurry?

In China, Spain and even in the USA, copies are produced immediately, which differ in stitching and details, you cannot make a copy by inserting a needle into the puncture, you can always recognize a fake, even if it is made by little yellow hands.
