Bag is very crinkly. I'm not sure what the material is. It looks to be a sheen coated on the outside and feels like fabric on the inside.

The handles look sturdy canvas type.

Bag without handles: 10"H x 8 1/2"W x 4 1/4"D

Bag with handles: 15 1/2"H
