This is a 1995-96 Topps Finest refractor parallel card with peel intact. Looks to be in excellent condition. There may be some light surface scratches, mostly on the peel and only visible when held up to direct light, that keep this from being near mint or mint, but for the most part, they look really clean. Great centering, edges, and sharp corners. Please view pics and bid/offer accordingly.
