Condition is new never was turn on until this photo was taking came out of a curio cabinet the bulb will come along with it and will be packaged really good but there's no guarantee it will work when it makes it to you because of shipment please keep that in mind in the item specific section it ask for item height and length that's the curio cabinet it came out of size but it could be mounted in whatever you would like to mount it in do not have hardware (screws) and do not have original box because it came out of a wood and glass curio cabinet thanks for reading and viewing
