Golvo 8000 and 8008 are advanced mobile lifts intended mainly for use in health care, intensive care,
rehabilitation and habilitation. The Golvo 8008 lift offers the functional advantages of an overhead lift with the flexibility of a mobile lift. In combination with the extensive range of Liko accessories, Golvo is ideal for common lifting situations across a variety of care environments. Unlike other power patient lifts, the Golvo uses a retractable lifting strap instead of a telescopic mast to help safely transfer a patient without any mechanical constraints getting in the way. The retractable strap is also very useful in tight spaces like bathroom areas. Another added bonus is the included retractable armrests that can be used for gait training rehabilitation, or simply used to provide the patient reassurance and stability during transfers. What Makes This Different: The vertical lifting motion acts like a vertical overhead lift, giving maximum stability, since the patients center of gravity is always directly in the middle of the lift. Vertical lifting motion with flexible lift strap is ideal for horizontal lifting, ambulation and lifting from the floor.
Parallel base-width adjustment contributes to easier lifting of patients or residents to/from chairs, beds and floor.
Armrests help to support patients during ambulation, as well as making it easier for caregivers to maneuver the lift.
User display highlights device usage, including lift count, service required indicator and overloads.
An optional quick-release hook system means caregivers can easily and rapidly change a sling bar or install a scale.

CONDITION
This is a Used unit from hospital that closed. The unit is in excellent cosmetic shape, pretty close to new condition. This is the current model of the Golvo lift with extra height option (8008) and standard base option. These lifts are very light, completely built out of aluminum construction instead of steel like other lifts so will never wear or rust. The lift has been fully tested and all features work; the battery pack has New and charged batteries inside. This lift is one of the top of line used in hospitals; it retails for over $10 thousand.
