"And there will be spring"

The block is dedicated to the anniversary - 2 years of Russia's large-scale invasion of Ukraine and 10 years of war.

The block's postage stamps feature documentary photographs:

1. Photo “The Light will win! Azovstal”, taken in Mariupol in 2022. Photo by Dmitry Kazatsky.

2. The seizure of Belbek airport near Sevastopol, which occurred during the beginning of the temporary occupation of Crimea by the Russian military, which began on February 28, 2014.

4. Photo “Love will win”, which depicts volunteers who played a wedding among the destroyed Kharkov streets.

"We survived the year! We will still stand!"

The stamp is dedicated to the anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The upper corners of the stamp depict a married couple (civilians) and a military man. Their faces reflect all the hardships of war that must be overcome in order to survive. 

In the background is a cracked Ukrainian flag as a symbol of Ukrainian statehood that withstood Russia's heinous attack on Ukraine. 

In the center of the stamp there is a face, as a symbol of the Ukrainian spirit, whose eyes radiate total hatred for the Russian invaders, an unshakable intention to defend one’s right to exist and destroy the enemy.

For Ukrainians, 2022 has become a year of national unity, a year of courage and victory, a year of endurance and self-sacrifice.

The Ukrainian people amazed the world and were awarded prestigious international decorations.

We survived the year! We will stiil stand until Victory!
