Brand new and sealed. This came as part of the collector's edition. Game is still sealed inside the steelbook.

Please note the game comes with the Season Pass DLC inside the steelbook but there have been reports that some of the codes are registering for the wrong game/DLC. This has only been reported with Gold Editions of the game and as far as I am aware the Collector's Edition didn't encounter this issue. Just please be aware if by any chance the code doesn't work, only Ubisoft can sort it out for you. They are aware of the issue and have certain steps you can take to get in touch with them and get it rectified. Because of this, please assume the code is not included in this sale but if it works then consider it a bonus!
